SYNOPSIS
Olga, star dancer of the Moulin Rouge, embarks on an adventure to discover the most iconic music-halls of the world where she learns the basics of the local shows and is recruited into the dance troupes as a special guest for exceptional shows. Joyful, talented and bubbly, she will explore the cultures and customs of each place through exceptional experiences and unforgettable encounters.
Born in Kazakhstan, she made her debut in the national gymnastique team before she became an acrobat in a circus, then a dancer. She can do it all: from Thai boxing, to horseback riding, to diving with snakes.
In Paris, every night on the Moulin Rouge stage, her solo of the French cancan amazes spectators from around the world with its virtuosity. Now, Olga faces an entirely new challenge: will she succeed in integrating other great shows around the world?
As she trains hard to succeed in new routines and acrobaties, she discovers the customs of each new destination and explores each culture’s relationship to art, to dance and to the body. With every new experience, Olga comes across helpful locals who guide her steps and teach her about their traditions.
