SYNOPSIS
Thanks to their ability to give very accurate information on the changes of their environment, scallops are unexpected indicators of the state of the ocean. Detecting their potential, researcher Laurent Chauvaud takes us from Brittany to the Pole, with a multidisciplinary team to better understand and alert on the ecological changes revealed by scallops.
