SYNOPSIS
In Europe and Tunisia, a young democracy that provided Isis with the biggest part of foreign fighters, the problem of the return of ex-jihadists is a real issue. How to judge them? Incarcerate them?
By reminding us of the principle that the law also applies to these defendants, the main jihadists' lawyers and magistrates send a very clear warning: not to repatriate its citizens to give them a fair trial is a war crime and the breeding ground of tomorrow's terrorism. Coming back on the investigations and trials following the waves of terrorists attacks that affected Tunisia and Europe, these lawyers and magistrates analyze the consequences and confront us with our contradictions.
